How long will my order take to arrive?
Here is what to expect once you order:
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order
- Transit: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Total: in most cases 5 to 10 business days
Our daily cut-off is 4:00 PM ET, and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship, and is it free?
We ship across the United States, and shipping is completely free on every order with no minimum. For now we deliver within the United States only, so we can keep the experience great close to home. If we expand in the future, our community will be the first to know.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Visa. Every transaction is protected with SSL encryption to keep your details safe.
What if I need a different size or want to exchange something?
No problem. Exchanges are available on request, so just email info@orelunemode.com with your order number and let us know what you would like instead, and we will help you sort it.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your items, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Email us at info@orelunemode.com to get started. There are never any restocking fees.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to help.
My tracking hasn't updated, should I worry?
Tracking can sometimes take a day or two to show movement, especially just after dispatch, so a quiet spell is usually nothing to worry about. If more than 10 business days have passed and your parcel still hasn't arrived, email info@orelunemode.com and we will look into it right away.
Are my details safe when I order?
Completely. Your privacy and payment security come first, we never store your sensitive details, and our checkout is fully encrypted.
